– Devise and implement necessary development plans recognizing considerations of feasible execution and reasonable maintenance; – Ensure proper and appropriate maintenance and repair work is accomplished in a timely fashion; and – Obtain relevant feedback from UPLB constituents regarding maintenance efforts and necessary development efforts.
